From the A19 take the A1086 signepost Easington Horden, right at the roundabout the left at the next one, first right towards the refuse recycling site. Drive down a rough track towards the railway line.
Park just before the railway line, walk through the tunnel, bare left after 1/4 mile towards the coast.
There is a nice rounded take-off at the end of the track.
Anywhere.
Fairly benign site, always a bottom landing up to the headlands at Horden Point and Blackhall Rocks (the fingers), even when the tide is in.
Beware when going beyond the headlands mentioned above, whatever the state of the tide, bottom landing will be hazardous or there may be no bottom landing. An unplanned landing in the sea is usually fatal.
