From Alwinton take the Makendon road after about a mile look out for the track on the right
park on side of road
From cars walk up the track to top of hill turn left then a few hundred meters to main face
Top landing: anywhere on top Bottom landing: Good landing with few obstacles next to the remains of medieval village
This site has been little flown in recent years and has a reputation for being turbulent because of the hills out front so should be treated with caution
there is a MOD danger area to the west and south of the site. The site is frequently overflown by jets.DO NOT FLY MIDWEEK the north end of the hill can be turbulent due to the hill infront
